Returns:

  1. Eligibility: You may request for a return of both opened and unopened products within 3 days from the delivery date. (We provide 10 days return policy)

  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds and Replacements:

  1. Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you of the credited  of your refund or replacement.

  2. Approval: If approved, you can choose to receive a refund, which will be credited to your original method of payment within 7 working days, or a replacement within 7 working days.
